As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing a Master’s degree in counselling psychology, my journey into psychotherapy is centered on my profound commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.

My volunteer work with victims of crime and support for nonprofits aiding women and children, combined with the rich cultural insights from my upbringing as the daughter of immigrants, has profoundly shaped my therapy approach, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and understanding to promote healing and growth.

Fluent in both English and French, I aim to make mental health care accessible to a diverse clientele.
