My lived experiences as a black woman, an immigrant, a person with a physical disability, and a Human Resources professional provide me with a unique perspective. Through my intersectionalities, I appreciate the different factors that colour the way each person experiences challenges and their impact on how they show up personally and professionally. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, workplace stressors and career questioning, multicultural issues, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and psychotherapist-in-training, I offer both in person and virtual psychotherapy services. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a post graduate certificate in human resources management.
During our time together, I will draw from different modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy along with Trauma Informed approaches.
