About Kowser (pronounced Ko-sar)

Whether you're a teenager or an adult, life can be tough, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. If you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or big life changes, psychotherapy can help. Maybe it's difficult to feel good about yourself and like you're on the right track. Whether comparing yourself to others, feeling behind in life, or worrying about how you’re perceived, I’m here to support you on your journey to feeling well and comfortable in your own skin. Together, we’ll work to alleviate unpleasant symptoms, build your confidence, and re-empower you. I work mainly with clients dealing with issues related to body image, low self-esteem, anxiety, cultural issues, depression, and life transitions. I'm also happy to help with internet addiction.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and psychotherapist-in-training, I practice from a strengths-based approach which means we’ll explore not only the strengths you’re already aware of, but also the qualities and resilience that may be hidden or underutilized. We’ll build on these strengths to create positive change and healing, helping you move forward in ways that are uniquely yours. I offer CBT and EMDR therapy while I complete my training.
