As a psychotherapist-in-training, my goal is to provide you with skills and resources to improve your quality of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and build meaningful change. Together, we’ll work to strengthen coping strategies, and foster resilience. Your story matters — and so does your healing.

 

Coming from a corporate background, I understand the pressures, fast pace, and high demands that often come with that environment. It continues to inform my developing approach, helping me bring a grounded, empathetic, and practical perspective to my work.
