Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, I tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs. I’m trained in written exposure therapy, EMDR-informed techniques, and somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and trauma processing—approaches that can help you feel safer in your body, make sense of difficult experiences, and build lasting emotional resilience.
