I use a person-centred and integrated approach to create a meaningful therapeutic process for each person. The therapeutic approaches I use include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion focused therapy (EFT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness. I also apply strength based approaches such as short-term solution focused therapy and narrative therapy. In a comfortable and supportive environment, I work collaboratively with clients in their pursuit of personal growth and empowerment.
